• Ensure the activity area is clean, level, and easily accessible for smooth gameplay.

Cancellation

• More than 12 working hours (10 AM to 8 PM) before the experience: Cancellation with 90% Refund.
• Less than 12 working hours before the experience: No Refund on Cancellation.
• No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Holidays like Christmas, Diwali, etc.
• In case of non-availability of the experience due to any reason, a 100% refund will be initiated.
